To reason well you need to use the right words and names. Words with “fuzzy” meanings lead to fuzzy thinking. In dealing with Islam we need to use words that come from Islam–words found in the Koran, Sira and the Hadith. As an example, use the word “jihad”, not “terrorism”.
One of the advantages in using the right words is that if opens a new way to persuade others. When you use the right words, it causes new thoughts in the person you are talking to.
